Eric Yu serves as Senior Manager for Packaging Application in UPM Specialty Paper. At this role, he offers technical solutions and services to customers including converters and brand owners for paper-based packaging development. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from University of New Brunswick, Canada, and has a wide experience in pulp and paper R&D as well as business development. Currently, Dr. Yu locates at Changshu, China at the specialty mill site of UPM China. He has been engaged in 4evergreen activities since 2023 and would like to expand 4EG’s influence to APAC region to contribute to the sustainable packaging development for our Mother Earth.
