Participated in multiple research projects commissioned by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), including strategic analysis of "15th Five-Year" circular economy policies, recycled material assessment and the monitoring of global negotiation trends on plastic pollution governance. Involved in facilitating the China-U.S. and China-EU circular economy expert dialogue mechanisms. Organized and implemented multiple international circular economy cooperation initiatives.
