Since graduating in 2006, Jiaqi Yuan has been working at Dow Chemical, primarily engaged in product safety stewardship and regulatory affairs. Over the years, Jiaqi has supported multiple Dow business units in these areas. During this time, Jiaqi has participated in the drafting of several national regulations and standards related to food additives and food contact materials.
Jiaqi has also held leadership roles in various industry associations, including serving as Vice Chair of the International Pharmaceutical Excipients Council (China) and Deputy Director of the Expert Committee on Food Contact Materials under the China Food Processing Association.
Currently Jiaqi Yuan serves as Senior Product Stewardship Leader for Asia Pacific at Dow, overseeing product safety for Dow Packaging & Specialty Plastics and Dow Consumer Solutions (Silicones) businesses.
