Dr. Li Qiang serves as the Secretary of the Secretariat of the Expert Committee on Food-related Products under the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR). He is also a member of the Product Subcommittee of the Second National Food Safety Standards Review Committee, a member of the SAC/TC 313 Technical Committee on Food Quality Management and Control, and a member of the SAC/TC 397 Technical Committee on Food Contact Materials and Articles. In addition, he is a registered expert of ISO/TC 34 (Food Products) Working Groups 14 and 12.Dr. Li has completed more than 50 projects commissioned by SAMR and its predecessor organizations, including the former China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), and the Standardization Administration of China (SAC). His representative projects include Research on Risk Monitoring Techniques for Food-related Products and Research on Risk Grading Management for Food Production and Operation.
